Our goal is for you to relish and cherish the pieces you acquire from Pulito for years to come. Should you find yourself less than completely satisfied with your purchase, Pulito shop is pleased to extend the option of either an exchange or credit note for returns requested within 14 days (starting from the delivery date of your order).

Pulito shop offers the choice of an exchange or credit note for full-priced items only. Items on sale regrettably cannot be accepted for returns (as stated in the promotional terms and conditions).

Please note that returns cannot be accommodated for gift cards.

Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense and tracking is recommended.

FAULTS

FAULTY ITEMS

Each order undergoes thorough inspection by our packing team before dispatch. However, in the rare event that you receive items from Pulito that do not meet acceptable quality standards, we are here to address the issue. For defective items, we extend the options of repair, replacement, or a full refund. Items are classified as faulty if they arrive damaged or if a manufacturing flaw arises within 6 months of purchase. Please note that items damaged due to wear and tear, accidents, or misuse are not categorized as faulty.

Claims for items purchased three months or more ago fall outside the faulty claims timeframe and will be handled at the discretion of Pulito.

To initiate the process, kindly contact us immediately, providing images of the concern and the order number, via info@onegirlagency. Our team will assess the provided information and respond with a resolution.

Pulito retains the right to decline returns based on our own judgment. If your item is not accepted for return, it will be sent back to you. Please be aware that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is deemed faulty.

While Pulito maintains a flexible return policy, we closely monitor frequent return patterns. A high volume of returns from a single customer may be flagged and potentially declined at the discretion of Pulito.
